Short-term view: No end to the U.S. economy.

<! - Endclickprintexclude -> who has been predicting who is approaching end of the U.S. economy, may have to modify their slogan: "End in sight" should be changed to "ah, from the end there are about 6 .months. " .</ P ><!-- startclickprintexclude -> </ NOSCRIPT ><!-- endclickprintexclude ->
economic data released yesterday show that is not the end in sight, but probably the second quarter .U.S. GDP growth above 4%. .</ P>
Consumer Price Index is the key measure of inflation, the index rose 0.1% in June, unchanged compared with May levels, and lower than the Bloomberg News (Bloomberg) surveyed economists expected 0.2% .. .While retail sales rose 1.7%, higher than expected. .The economic data to reduce the budget deficit coupled with Wednesday's news shows a disturbing scene that pessimistic people: the U.S. economy growing steadily, but not lead to inflation. .May be worrying even the "soft patch" did not appear. .</ P>
strong boost by the news of Wall Street, the S & P 500 Index close to the highest level in 4 years. .But all it is as good as the data show it? .</ P>
These figures clearly means that pessimists will have to re-evaluate their views, or at least re-evaluate the process of interpretation of events. .Even so, they can release the overall index from the latest data, find some pessimistic evidence. .</ P>
First, the consumer price index inflation for not accurately reflect the environment of criticism. .Rising energy prices, rising medical costs, housing prices rose too far off the mark, education costs are rising. .Get rid of all these expenses, inflation, consumer price index will be like as a moderate. .But consumers do not live in the CPI world. .</ P>
However, U.S. consumer spending is indeed living in a world constantly. .Of course, low interest rates helped. .Consumers also benefit from GM (General Motors) in the promotion, the company will expand the scope of employee car discounts to all Americans. .It grew 4.8% to promote the car, thereby increasing the retail sales data. .As with any pessimistic person will tell you, as a steep discount is not GM's best engine for economic recovery. .</ P>
happen if the U.S. consumer recession, which will be the first time in 14 years, but it can happen after all. .But pessimists have to admit that U.S. consumers still have clout, even if this confidence is bought with a credit card. .</ P>.
